During the National Reading Month Culmination Program 2023 of the San Carlos City Library, Thomasian artist Russel Sam Fernandez, Grade 12-NSS, bagged third place in the on-the-spot poster making contest.
Fernandez and the other contestants worked around the theme “Read, Reread, Relive.”
Meanwhile, CST-R College of Criminal Justice Education also sent an essay writing contest participant Harry Lasconia.
CST-R joined the celebration with school library-based activities like book cover making, book character impersonation and storytelling contests.
