Third year BS in Entrepreneurship student Chariz Mae Tarrosa was hailed the Champion of the Tourism Quiz 2025, College Category. Meanwhile, Krisna Mae Veloso, BS in Criminology III, ranked fifth over-all. The Tourism Quiz was held at City Mall lobby area last September 4, 2025. The event was among the activities of the San Carlos City Tourism Week 2025.
In the Basic Education Department, Thomasians were declared as the Champion Tour Guides after Xian Immaculate D. Amit, Grade 10-SMATT, garnered the highest score in the Junior High School category. Raymond John II L. Caballero, Grade 11-OLC, also bested his competitors in the Senior High School Category.
Caballero will be representing San Carlos City in the Negros Occidental Provincial Tour Guiding Competition on September 16, 2025.
