July 13, 2023—With an Echo Seminar of the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) In-Service Training for Senior High School, Thomasian teachers are now gearing up for the opening the new school year.

The first topic that was discussed was “Assessing Students’ Learning Through Performance Task Reflective of the Four Exits of the K-12 Program in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex , and Ambiguous (VUCA) World.” Teacher-participants also tried doing the prescribed performance tasks as seminar outputs.

Learning loss and the ways to address it were among the key points during the learning sessions.

Colegio de Sto. Tomas-Recoletos is set to open the School Year 2023-2024 on August 7.

**Day 1, Session 1.** Ma. Ena A. Marcellana, Senior High School Coordinator, begins the first session.

**Addressing Learning Loss.** Fully armed with technology, teachers navigate means and ways in solving the pandemic-related effect on education.

**Short Preps.** With barely a month left before the opening of the new school year, Thomasian teachers double-time on preparations.
