Thomasian SHS Teachers, Staff Gear Up for First Day High

June 20, 2025—With an Echo-Seminar, Training and Office Orientation, teachers of the Senior High School Department of Colegio de Sto. Tomas-Recoletos, Inc. are preparing their pedagogical tools for an all new academic that is set start on June 23, 2025, Monday.

The Echo-Seminar and Training that began yesterday, June 19, 2025, focused on key a pedagogical aspect that “[Prepares] SHS Teachers to Teach the Core Subjects of the Revised SHS Curriculum.” The workshop also involved designing the performance task based on the GRASPS theory.

Teacher’s outputs after the training will be implemented during the first quarter of Academic Year 2025-2026.

It can be recalled that Thomasian teachers who are set to handle core, applied and specialized subjects in ABM, HUMSS and STEM attended the In-Service Training for Teachers at the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City last June 6 to 8, 2025.

CST-R’s administrative and student services offices are also gearing up for the opening of the academic year by orienting the newly hired teachers and employees.

The entire Basic Education Department of CST-R, that is from Grade 7 to 12, will begin holding classes on Monday while the College Department will open on July 16, 2025.
