March 5, 2020—Candidates for the upcoming Supreme Student Council (SSC) elections joined a Student Leadership Orientation and Workshop at the Colegio de Sto. Tomas-Recoletos AVR.
Thomasians, who are running for the different positions of the SSC under two student-political parties, identified key issues among students and in the school community. Through the workshop, the aspiring student-leaders drafted proposed solutions, priority agenda and party objectives.
They also learned to create specific and time-bound programs to advance the welfare of Thomasians whom they well serve in the school year 2020-2021.
Facilitators were Mr. Danilo A. Roblico and Ms. Ma. Nita V. Bolo, head of Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC).
The CST-R SSC Elections will be on March 10, 2020. All Thomasians are encouraged to cast their votes.
