Thomasian teachers who are assigned in Grades 7 to 10 are gearing up and re-tooling for the new academic year that will open on June 23, 2025.

After attending the Annual In-Service Training (In-Set) For Junior High School at the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City last June 10 to 11, 2025, senior Thomasian teachers are now performing an Echo Seminar and Training for their younger colleagues.

Skills including “Designing, Facilitating, and Assessing Student Learning of the Revised K10 Curriculum in Blended Learning Environments Amidst Disruptions” and “Designing the Curriculum Map” are among the topics discussed today, June 10, 2025.

Teachers are also re-visiting basic classroom and assessment skills like “Facilitating and Assessing Performance Tasks for Transfer of Learning” and “Facilitating and Assessing Acquisition of Learning Competencies.”

As output, Thomasian Junior High School teachers will put together a Standards-based Unit Learning Plan.

These tools will be used for ensuring the delivery of Standards-based Learning for Thomasians in Grades 7 to 10.
