“One Heart. One Recoleto.” Rev. Fr. Monday Benjamine Edobor, OAR leads the Lectio Divina. Ms. Angelita Glaraga, CST-R Library-in-Charge, participates in going through the “Five Rs” of the OAR Lectio Divina.
“We belong to this mission.” Rev. Fr. Renier Alviola, OAR, CST-R Campus Minister, shares his points during the Lectio Divina with the March celebrators. He emphasizes how Thomasian faculty and staff are in mission with the whole of the Order of Augustinian Recollects, echoing Pope Francis’s call to the Religious: Siempre En Mision (Always in Mission). Fr. Alviola collaborated with the CST-R Human Resources Office and the Student Development & Placement Center to give Augustinian Identity and Formation to CST-R faculty and staff.
A sharing over cups of coffee, meditation and prayer. Participants find a safe space at the Kapehan ni Tomas that was once a nook for afternoon snacks for students and teachers alike.
March Ladies Ms. Glaraga, Ms. Condrina Dahlquist and Ms. Marinell Ocampo share sumptuous ube cake to celebrate their birthday. H.A.Y. Tuesday is a program for students, faculty and staff that began in 2019 with an hour of meditation and reflection at the St. Thomas of Villanova Chapel. Now, this simple sharing session allows a diversion for faculty and staff who made a lot of adjustments to cope with the distance learning system of the current school year.
